Wyre Forest based law firm, Painters Solicitors, has strengthened its client offering in its Wills & Probate, Property and Dispute Resolution teams, with the recruitment of an Associate Solicitor and two Chartered Legal Executives.

Julie Fisher joins the firm as a Dispute Resolution lawyer.  Julie’s legal career began in 1998 at the Head Office of a High Street Bank, followed by a move into private practice three years later where she dealt with personal injury claims, civil and commercial litigation disputes, which she continues to specialise in to the present day.    Julie is able to assist with all types of civil disputes including breaches of contract claims, property disputes (including landlord and tenant), boundary disputes and trespass matters, wills and inheritance claims and injunctions, to name but a few.

Sharon Rowley joins the Wills & Probate department, bringing with her over 25 years’ experience working as a lawyer in private client with various local firms.  She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives, a fully qualified STEP Member since 2009 and a member of Solicitors for the Elderly.  Sharon advises on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection applications and administration of deceased estates.   In particular, she enjoys interacting with the clients, offering advice and assistance in a friendly, approachable manner.

Chanal Griffiths has joined as an Associate Solicitor in the Residential Property department.  Chanal has experience in many areas of Residential Property including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new builds, leaseholds and shared ownerships. Chanal thrives in high pressure situations and puts a big emphasis on providing exceptional client care.

Chanal Griffiths says: “I joined Painters Solicitors due to the local knowledge and emphasis on client care that is routed in the firm’s history.  Our personal approach is one of the things that sets us apart from other firms and I am excited to see how my career and the firm will develop as one in the future.”

Head of Legal Services, Meera Khosla, says:  “We are delighted to welcome these exceptional lawyers to Painters. They will undoubtedly bring a new, dynamic approach, whilst striving to maintain our firm’s strong ethos of client care.”
